The Cole family : The Littlest Heroes Project
The Cole family came to see me today for a photo shoot. They are a family participating in the Littlest Heroes project...which means that they have a child..or children who are inflicted with a serious condition or illness. In the Cole's situation they have 2 sets of twins with varying conditions. You can read more about their life at mommy Cole's blog: http://coletwins.blogspot.com/
