Look alike!

Ah, the baby pictures come out...memories come alive. I found a picture of myself and showed it to my hubby Josh. He thought it was a picture of our baby girl, Mimmy. Of course, it was of me and he was shocked. But we really do look alike, or is it just the super cute bonnet phase that my mother was into in the early 80's and has now found its way to me in 2008. ???????

My little Elsabeth...so sweet. Els slept at our house last night and insisted on a mini shoot. What could I do??? So we did a little hair, a little make up and some creative searching through my closet. Such a fun kid!

Wild Root Salon DePere

Yesterday I photographed most of the staff and building of Wild Root hair salon In DePere. They were an awesome bunch of ladies, and Robert:) Their website will be coming sometime this month, so look for it at www.wildrootsalondepere.com. The salon was an old house that needed major upgrading..with that done it is an amazing building with loads of historic and current character. Love it there!!

first "Beach" shoot!

I had my first beachish shoot today with the "A" family. They were so great....they crawled over crazy rocks..walked in the gooey water...sat along the crushed shell shore. The rocked! Little "J" man was SOOO cute. He was much more interested in the really cool and new things around, than he was in me:) We really got some adorable pictures!

Ah, another Wednesday...another crazy day. The kids had fun playing today..we did some crazy hair stuff, face painting, crazy clothes...and then we ran around outside like wild beasts. It was fun and ..um..fun:)

My godson Parker came to hang out with me last week, and since it was a Wednesday, I convinced him that he needed to let me take his pictures. Lets just say that Parker is not shy....he was a blast to photograph, very expressive!!!!

Big brother "A" and new baby "G"

I took pictures on Friday of Alex and his new baby sister, Gabby. Alex was so well behaved...really awesome! Miss Gabby was snuggled up sleeping for some of the shoot, and when she woke up, her eyes just glowed. She is such a pretty little lady:) Thanks for having me!

Do you ever have those moments where everything is as it should be...a perfect moment? I went outside tonight with mimmy and kitty..they followed me around a bit while I tried (unsuccessfully) to take pictures of the wild turkeys around our yard. Then they started getting snuggly and I caught this shot of the two of them.

What a Wonderful World

I photographed Michelle and Stefan's wedding yesterday in Door County. It was a beautiful morning drive up to Sturgeon Bay...not a cloud in the sky and then within seconds it started POURING, like crazy and then 5 minutes later it completely stopped and the sun came out. Nothing like a good tease of rain!!

The church was stunning, the couple was fantastically amazing..seriously..these are my kind of people!
